Bringing an all-terrain introspect from the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) to the Carolinas, Shatiff’s plege of allegiance in “ACG” (Produced by @Judahonthebeat) presents a dedicated mentality which challenges rap artists with an authentic message of choosing life over death.
Authentic Thursday’ s at Rendezvous Lounge ..It’s not the usual clubby atmosphere; that most people are used to going to for open mics. Redezvous is a cute lil hole in the wall in the heart of Adams Morgan. Its a 2 story bar with stage and Dj Booth tucked away in the back. A neighborhood watering hole, where friends get together to relax and shoot the breeze.
As the sunsets in Adams Morgan the Rendezvous begins by candlelight. It features an outdoor patio that’s great for people watching. There is a mural on the wall that leads you up the stairs where the stage and Dj booth are located. It even has a small and efficient kitchen that kicks out tasty morsels. SECC Catering will be providing the food on Thursdays.
Rendezvous has played host to many creatives, aspiring singers, rappers, comedians, Djs, and entrepreuers; have all called the place home at one time or another. It serves as an incubator for creativity within the community.
